Project Overview

To celebrate International Women’s Day, Joramco commissioned a short film that highlights the role of women across its aviation maintenance operations.

The film visually connects the brand with its people by following the company’s flying logo icon as it moves through different departments and workspaces, passing by women engineers, technicians, and professionals as they perform their daily tasks inside the hangars and operational areas.

The concept blends brand symbolism with real workplace moments, creating a visual narrative that celebrates women contributing to the aviation industry.

At AE Films, we developed a concept that merges brand identity with human storytelling.

The central visual idea was to animate the Joramco logo icon flying through the workspace, guiding the audience through different departments of the company. As the icon moves through the hangars, it passes by women working in various roles — engineers, technicians, and staff symbolizing the company’s support and presence throughout their journey.

The production focused on:
